Refund Policy


Due to the nature of the products and current worldwide pandemic precautions, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for non-defect related issues.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. I will do everything I can to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will refund you if the error was due to wrong a shipment, or defective products. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected an authorized return. If the refund is approved, you’ll automatically get a refund on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Any custom and personalized  orders can not be refunded unless it's an error on our part. (ex. spelling, design mistake, or similar)
